    Hello ,

when i try to access to generate a backup , the cpanel generate many error messages like :

    truncate.js: Table not found sqlbackuptbl
    truncate.js: Table not found aliastbl

and the Backups page is not all loading , only the first part of the page is shown .

what is the reason and how i can fix this ?

    Hello :)

I have seen this happen in the past when there is an unresponsive NFS mount on the system. Please check to ensure that is not the case.

If the issue persists, I suggest opening a support ticket so we can check further:

    Thank you.
