Trustix, CPanel and jailed named

    What is the word on using a chroot jail with named? Trustix uses a jail and if I disable the jail domain.db files end up in /var/named. If I enable the jail they seem to end up in /var/named/master.

    Am I looking for trouble if I leave the jail enabled?

    i use it with trustix+cpanel with no problems

    So you have named using the jail or did you turn the jail off?
