    Dear All,
I am creating the account for the domain
biomeanalytics.com in cpanel. The DNS entry for the domain is already exist DNS zone. But when have tried to create the account it gives me the following error. One more question if i delete the DNS entry then i think it would not delete the MX record for my mail server hosting on the same domain. I am bit confusing and new to cpanel. Help is required to solve the problem.

Sorry, a DNS entry for /http://www.biomeanalytics.com]biome analytics already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster).

    Please help me.

    Dear All,
With subject query , I have another question. If i use the option "Overwrite any existing DNS zones for the account"

Will it delete the MX record and other entry or just make the new changes and other things remain same.

    Hello :)

Yes, that message indicates a DNS Zone already exists on the system for that domain name. You can remove the DNS Zone before creating the account, or select the "Overwrite any existing DNS zones for the account" option. Both methods would in-fact delete the MX entries. You can add them back into the zone once it's re-created.

    Thank you.
