I have a cpanel server to that I want to add a cert to for secure logins. The cert name is cp01.dotmaster.com and the ip is 72.x.x.x

I have a domain on that server with a SSL cert ssl.dotmaster.com on a different IP for ecommerce.

When I try to install cp01.dotmaster.com cert (RapidSSL) and hit submit I get this error:

SSL install aborted due to error: The specified domain is not configured on the system. If you are intending to install a shared certificate you must use the username "nobody" for security and bandwidth reporting reasons.

What do I need to do to complete the SSL cert install for the WHM host?

    Thanks!!

    Hello :)

You can install certificates for services such as cPanel/WHM via:

"WHM >> Service Configuration >> Manage Service SSL Certificates"

Click on "Install new Certificate" for any service you want to use this certificate on.

    Thank you.
