When I go into mywebsite.com/cpanel/ --> SSL MANAGER and I try to
delete certificates and keys I get the result:

The Certificate for website.com cannot be fully deleted, because it is installed in the system ssl directory!

What should I do? I'm on a dedicated Linux System + cpanel.

[I am also the root for the box with whm access / root access if needed for any fixes recommended by you]

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Ilan.

Just go to the SSL manager link in WHM and delete it from there.
