I keep getting this error when trying to generate an ssl certificate:

    PHP:
Sorry the certificate email is not validPlease try again.
But I am entering a valid e-mail address???

Anyone know why this is happening?

Do you get this error message with any email, or just this specific one?
If you get this error with this specific email address, then you have no other choice but to use a different one

Yea, it is with any e-mail I put in there. I have tried everything from my yahoo accounts to other domains to even trying one with a matching domain as the certificate....none seem to work...

SSH to your server and run the following commands at the prompt:
    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/fixcommonproblems
    /scripts/upcp --latest

If that doesn't help, PM me.
