So I go to www.<domain_name>.org/cpanel, and seeming as it :2082, I assume it means port 2082, which I confirmed it to be true on Wikipedia. Well, I'm at school, and I assume it blocks port 2082, just like how I can't connect to IRC ports 6667. Is there any other way to get around this?

Also, is there a way to view what ports are blocked..?

    Thanks.

    -Neal.

    Other questions.

Okay I'll download the cpanel proxy.

1.If my site is down, is there anway I can redirect all pages to some error page? Most likely hosted elsewhere?

2.Clicking on create new file, and editing it, there is the default display, of <html> and <body bgcolor=etc>. Is there any way to change the default?

    Thanks.
