Trying to login to root by FTP

    I can't login to root by FTP, I am trying to by FileZilla.. does my server not support it or something? Its linux..

    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-C21
    CentOS 4.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    You need to select sftp/ssh Cant use normal ftp.

    So far none of you have gave me a answer. I have logged in FileZilla before on my friends server.

    logging into root via FTP is very insecure use winscp over ssh
