    Hello.
I'm trying to replace the old banner with the new one but it's not working. I'm sure I missed something.
cPanel 11.25.0. WHM the same, vB Version 3.8.5

    It's in
    /public_html/forum/fireball/misc
I uploaded the new one after renaming the old banner & the new one with the same name as the original. Refreshing the page on the forum I get a blank gif image. What step am I missing to do?

    Thanks

This isn't a cPanel issue, it sounds like you've got a path to the image problem.

If the path to your old banner was:
    /public_html/forum/fireball/misc/youroldbanner.gif

And you uploaded a new banner to:
    /public_html/forum/fireball/misc/yournewbanner.gif

And it no longer works, my guess would be you'll need to edit the template on your forums where the code for that banner is located, and change the name of the banner there as well.

Or, rename your new banner to the same name as the old banner and upload to the same directory. That would solve this for you.

You'll have more luck with vBulletin questions of this sort on the vBulletin support forums.

    GL!

Thanks. After I posted & saw it there I realized that too. But, I left it there.
    You did help though.
My next post will be about cPanel ;)
