I've just started using cpanel, have no experience with perl and limited programming experience so please be kind!! I have installed and am trying to use the Finance::Quote (1.13) perl module. Everywhere I read it says I have to paste /home/nixondre/perl wherever I want to use the script...whenever I do this, the code just shows up on the website...what am I doing wrong?

Can somebody please tell me where I go to paste this script if I want to use it on my home page? (ie. is it in the home file in the file manager?)

    Please help.

You need to upload the file inside the public_html folder and set the below path in your .htaccess file.

DirectoryIndex filename of your perl script
Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
