Any suggestions of how to remove the TTFB For google page speed?

so could you check those out and see if they help?

Maybe try using cloudflare DNS and Cloudflare to resolve that a bit with caching its free to test with and see if that helps.

Also in my experience alot of the time you just need to optimize mysql and ensure server runs on fast disks.
