Actually, I'm not sure why it happens on my VPS.

The situation is, after the VPS is rebooted, mime_drivers.php is changed to root:cpanelhorde with permission 640, so of course, I can not access address book in Horde.

I find two ways to fix it, one is changing the group to cpanel-horde, and the other is changing the permission to 644.

However, after a reboot, the group and permission are changed back again automatically. I have to change them correct manually every time.

Does anyone have the same experience with me?

Yes, because I have no idea what causes it, I tried upgrade my cPanel, and it's 11.18.6-R24739 now. But the problem is still there.

Can you expound upon what you mean when you say 'I can not access address book in Horde' ?

On a test machine with the following:
    Code:
    root@mundane [/usr/local/cpanel]# ls -l base/horde/turba/config/
    total 108
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 4096 Mar 8 04:05 ./
    drwxr-xr-x 10 root wheel 4096 Sep 12 2006 ../

Using the Address Book within Horde produces no errors. I can add entries, browse, search, export, delete, etc.

    This is the error message:

    Code:
Some of Turba's configuration files are missing or unreadable
    mime_drivers.php

This file controls local MIME drivers for Turba, specifically what kinds of files are viewable and/or downloadable.
Create these files from their .dist versions in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/turba/config and change them according to your needs.
    Code:
    root@server3 [/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/turba/config]# ls -al
    total 108
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 4096 Mar 8 05:05 ./

it's different on different servers; cpanel-horde and cpanelhorde.
if it has anything to do with it.
