/opt/suphp/etc/suphp.conf
set:
loglevel=none

but I'd recommend to have it like:
loglevel=error


suPHP - Documentation - CONFIG
loglevel:
One of "info", "warn", "error", "none".
Specifies messages of which classification should be logged.
Defaults to "info".

How to turn off suphp_log?
/usr/local/apache/logs/suphp_log

i like to reduce disk writing speed.
Disabling logging to suphp_log may not provide much help if your server is under high disk I/O. You may want to check to see if there are any other potential causes.
