Tweak settings > Extra CPUs resets

Hello,

I have a strange issue.

When our backups run for the server, it times out and ends in a deadlock because it's exhausted all the CPU available on the server.

After finding this setting: Tweak settings > Extra CPUs

We're able to control how much the backup uses avoiding the deadlock, however, every time we reboot the server the setting resets and if we forget to change it again...tah-da we have another deadlock.

Is this a normal thing or is it a bug?

That's definitely not normal.
