    On the I/O settings 7 means lowest priority right? and 0 means highest right?

    Specifying a lower value for this option gives the process a higher priority.

    So that means a 0,1,2 would allow the process to have more power over other stuff?

    Any priority that is lower will have more priority over one that's a higher number, yes.
