Two duplicate emails in the log... every time

I've noticed a very weird thing going on... every time an incoming email hits my system now, it registers as two separate emails in the exim_mainlog. Each has a unique identifier and each looks like it gets delivered correctly. The really weird thing is that most of my clients only see one copy of the email when they check it with POP3 or IMAP clients. But one client at least is seeing duplicates.

    Any ideas anyone?

I'm using spam assassin and I've installed Cpanel Pro, but not using it on the accounts in question. I'm also running: WHM 9.9.7 with cPanel 9.9.8-S6
