Two-Factor Authentication not working

You setup Two Factor via WebHost Manager and on the last step, it asked you to generate the code, which you did, and that completed the setup. Correct? And then you logged out, closed your browser instance, and then opened your browser again and attempted to login and it did not ask you for a code, right after the username/password prompt?

WebHost Manager »Security Center »Two-Factor Authentication

Do you see your account listed there?

If yes, too, you might want to open a support ticket about this:
