You can disable two-factor authentication via the command line through WHM API 1:

whmapi1 twofactorauth_disable_policy

Hi,

My device is now broken and I am unable to authenticate security code to login to WHM.

Anybody know how do I remove TwoFactor via root?

I tired...
uapi --user=root TwoFactorAuth remove_user_configuration

But it's saying twofactor is not enabled for my account.
