Hi, I have two servers with WHM/CPanel. I would like to have two DNS:

    ns1.example.com - server1
    ns2.example.com - server2

I think I must set DNS cluster beetwen servers. But if I create new account at server1 dns zonez will be propagated to server2 and when I create account at server2, will be propagated to server1?

    Hello :)

Yes, if you set the DNS Role for both servers to "Synchronize changes", then the DNS Zones added on one server will synchronize to the other.

The following is a useful guide for DNS Clustering:

    DNS Clustering

    Thank you.
