    Hi there,
I have created the following TXT records for my domain in setting it up to work with Amazon AWS SES service:

    LMcD.png

These records have been set up for months (well beyond the need to propagation wait time). The first two records resolve just fine. However, the last TXT record shown there does not show up on DNS record lookups (ex: TXT Record Lookup). Since this record is not showing up, I am unable to proceed with verifying this domain on the Amazon AWS SES service.

    What is wrong here?

    Hello :)

We do have an internal case open that deals with a design flaw in our handling of TXT records longer than 255 bytes. Could you submit a ticket and reference case number 55171 so we may investigate and determine if it's related to the problem you have reported? You can submit a ticket using the following URL:

    Thank you.

To update, the issue was not related to the internal case mentioned previously. A period was missing from the entry after the domain name on the TXT record. Once it was added in, the TXT record worked properly.

    Thank you.
