UDP Ports hiddens from netstat

    Running rootcheck 0.4 scan and I got this:
    Is this bad, a false positive, how can I check if this is true ??? any suggestions please ?

    TCP check: OK

    UDP check:
    Port 53 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 41860 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 41978 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 41979 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 41994 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 41997 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 41998 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 42000 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 42005 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 42006 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    Port 42009 (udp) hidden from netstat.

    == Check process/ps: ==

    PID 764 in use but "ps" do not show!

    This is getting crazy :S

    Now the ps process changed to:
    == Check process/ps: ==

    PID 1005 in use but "ps" do not show!
    PID 10050 in use but "ps" do not show!

    And:
    == Ports check ==

    TCP check: OK

    UDP check: OK

    Your Ports/Netstat are OK (nothing hide)

    :S ...
