Cpanel setting to add antiabuse tracking stuff.....

    X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [47 12] / [47 12]

    My question is, the UID/GID is listed as [47 12] / [47 12]

Can that info be converted to find the actual username? If so, how can I find the user from that info?

    Thanks for any help.

Not in that case. The UID/GID there is (i think...) the uid of mailnull and mail, respectively. This is the identity of who handled the mail, in this case, which is (unfortunately) pretty obvious.

You could check this with grep:

    grep :47: /etc/passwd
    (for the uid)
    grep :12: /etc/group
    (for the gid)

But in this case it won't do you much good, I presume.
