Hello,

Just registered my domain and need to use Fantastico DeLuxe. However each time I click it I get this:

Fantastico is not installed at the default location /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico. Either move the Fantastico directory from it's current location to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico OR enable ioncube loaders in WHM -> Tweak settings.

I don't know how to look at the directory, let alone move things. And something I feel worth knowing regardless is how to access the Tweak Settings. Every website out there says it's under Server Configuration but again, no sign of it.

I know technology but coding, scripts, etc. I'm new to and in fact are the reason I'm designing this website. With that in mind, explain it like I'm a 5-year-old.

Thanks!

Fantastico is not our (cPanel, Inc.) product. It is developed by a completely separate company called Netenberg, and their support resources would be a better place to start than this forum:

https://netenberg.com/ticket.html

With that said, PlotHost is correct, in that if you are a Web site owner, you will not have access to Fantastico's configuration or installation. You need to talk to your hosting provider about this problem.

And something I feel worth knowing regardless is how to access the Tweak Settings. Every website out there says it's under Server Configuration but again, no sign of it.
Tweak Settings is in the WebHost Manager, which you do not have access to if you are a Web site owner. The WHM is only available to a server administrator or a reseller. As a site owner, you have very limited access and can only log into cPanel, not the WHM.
