I am having issues accessing cpanel from my domain, everytime I try and go to mydomain.com/cpanel it goes to the screen asking if I am behind or not port 2083 and then the page times out, Did I miss something in configuration ? I can easily access it via the cpanel provided subdomain.

Hey there! From that particular location where you are experiencing the issue, can you telnet to ports 2082 and 2083 to ensure they are open? You could also watch the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log file while you try and access the system to see if there is anything helpful being logged.

Thanks for your reply, I ran a telnet on the domain and the ports and get a connection refused on the server and on my windows machine I get this error
C:\Users\Owner>telnet domain.com 2083
Connecting To domain.com...Could not open connection to the host, on port 2083: Connect failed, I opened the ports in the firewall on my server to no avail. Should I open the ports on my gateway ? right now I just have 80 and 443 ?
