    My webmail link is:
    http://www.cyscoe.com:2082/xferwebmail/

but when I click it, I get a new tab with this in the address bar:
    http://www.cyscoe.com:2095/webmail/x3/?login=1

page content is totally blank. PLEASE HELP.

I'm using Firefox with all the current updates.

My site was hacked last week resulting in the index pages being deleted. Once I could get in to cPanel, I immediately randomized and changed my passwords. Related? I've got a ticket submitted with 1dni but they're web site isn't being found. Hacker may have got them, too. (I know they aren't that great, but I've been with them for 8 years with no problems.)

Are you just a hosting customer on that server or do you happen to have root access to that server?

They host my website and e-mail. I also tried http://www.cyscoe.com:2095. But again when I try to sign in I get the same result.

I have no problem with access to the cpanel itself. My problem is just getting into the e-mail. Since "login=1" was present, I even went into Firefox and removed the saved passwords.

I switched to IE7 where I don't save passwords. Again blank page.

FYI: I've sent e-mails to several of the e-mail addresses and none have been returned so they're going somewhere.

You are logging in using the full email address as the username, correct?

unable to access email through webmail

I am experiencing the same problem. I am with 1dn.com and had my domain server hacked last week. I opened a trouble ticket with 1dni.com support, but to date no response from them, and their website is now not accessable, same for telephone support. In the meantime, I accessed my control panel through "2082", changed passwords but only get a blank page when going to webmail. I also am denied access to my website, and keep getting a 404/403 message. 1dni.com has dissapeared, and I am basically stuck as a layman trying to retrieve my email, as well as begin repairing any damage by the hacker. Any comments or similar experiences are greatly appreciated.

    cyscoe;

Were you able to sort out your email problem and log in without getting a blank page? Have you received any response frm 1dni.com? I have the same problems you have - 1dni.com as the host, and can't access my email through cpanel.

    No resolution

I still can't get into my e-mail. Thunderbird acts like it is accessing the server, but it says there is no mail available. Two weeks and no mail? Unlikely.

1dni.com is back, though. I'm going to get on the phone with this tomorrow. I was able to open a ticket before their site "disappeared" for a little while. I've sent e-mails to every 1dni related e-mail address I can find.

I never heard back from the host. In stead of just dropped my website completely for the time being....
