Hello everyone,

This morning i went to check my mail and it kept asking me for authentication for the email and everytime i put the password it won't accept it. I have checked alot of people's accounts on the server and they are all experiencing the same problem, So i thought i would check WHM however i am not able to log into the server via the secure or unsecure ports http://serverip:2086 or https://serverip:2087 or even access Cpanel on the same thing with ports 2082 and 2086, I just get a page cannot be displayed. Webpages are coming up normal mysql is fine ftp is fine and so is SSH.

I have run lsof -i tcp: on those ports the non ssl come back with nothing the ssl ports only display:
stunnel 22880 cpanel 7u IPv4 104656 TCP *:eli (LISTEN)

I have restarted the server no change. Also tried
/scripts/upcp
/scripts/upcp --force

Any Suggestions?

check the firewall on your server. What is the output of?

iptables -L

also check the firewall on your local machine.
Yep i have disabled firewall on local machine and made sure the firewall on the server isn't running i have also tried different browsers, mail programs, operating systems and even internet providers lol. i have also change from dovecot to courier and back as well no change.

Exacty the same is happening to me, apache is working ok, but i'm unable to access CPanel on any port.

No firewall here messing with it.

upcp doesn't fix it, no clue about what's happening

If it helps, the server is using Centos 4
