Unable to add a new domain

Hi!

Last week, I bought and hosted example.com. It's working fine.

Today, I bought example.net and tried to host it, but my WHM won't let me proceed. It's telling me that it's invalid domain name.

What happened between last week and today?!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're running into. How did you go about trying to add the domain? Is it possible for you to provide the full error as well?

When we upgraded to the latest version, adding unusual domain extension such as .biz was disabled. After we enabled it, it's working fine now. Thanks for the quick reply!
