unable to add new account from root whm

[tweaker]

tried creating a new account from WHM after a long time. and it displays error.

Unable to add user xxx

Try to change your account user name while creating account on your server and also please check cPanel error logs file for the more information.

tried changing domain.tld, username in all cases same error message comes which I've attached.
