Hi,

Login to your server and check whether the user had a home directory and verify /etc/passwd, If already persists then remove the home directory for that user as well as delete the line for the particular user in /etc/passwd file, Also check if this username is in httpd.conf file, If you found then remove from there. Your issue will fixed :)

also ensure that what ever you use as your home directory, usually "home" has a slash before it, so if you use home, ensure to have the prefix /home

That was what caused my issue!
