Unable to add user?

Hey guys. When I go to create a user in WHM I get this error that it's unable to create the user. I don't get any error after that.

Any idea what's wrong? While I was setting up this account my host restarted my system. I think it junked up my WHM or something, I cannot create any new accounts. Also, the account shows in my wheel groups but NOT as an account. Any help?

So, this is happening for every single account you attempt to create? Can you paste the full error message in WHM and the error message you receive tailing the cPanel error log during that attempted account creation?
