Unable to change disk quota after migration

    I have migrated from an existing cPanel server to another, after the migration, none of the disk quota for each domain can be changed no matter what I enter into Quota Modification. It refreshes a page echoing the new disk quota that I entered, but then when I list the quota, they were totally unchanged.

    I did a /scripts/fixquotas and also executed "Initial Quota Setup". In either case, they both gave me the error message:

    "edquota: Can't open quotafile //aquota.user: Permission deniedNo filesystems with quota detected."

    What is wrong with it?

    Hello :)

    The primary issue here is this part of the error message:

    I suggest using the following command to determine the type of server you have:

    # cat /var/cpanel/envtype
