unable to change password in cPanel.

Hello, I recently started having my website hosted on a (new for me) webhost and i tried to change the default password to a new one yet I am not able to do so. When i click on the Raw Password change log it is blank, any information on this problem would be great or a point in the correct direction to find a answer will be fine also.

Server: Linux (I don't know which distro)
cPanel ver: 11.17.5-RELEASE
cPanel build: 20571
Apache ver: 2.2.6 (Unix)
Kernel ver: 2.6.18-8.1.4.el5.028stab035.1
cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1)

You should ask your host to assist you. If he can't find the answer he'll come here and ask.

I'm not sure where this is, "Raw Password change log". In cPanel the link is called "Change Password" and if you see that icon and click it and the page is blank, you might try another browser to be sure thats not the issue. (and then ask your host why that page is blank)
