unable to check IP base webiste

Hi,

what to do to check Any website via IP based

http://68.72.646.65/~test

at presently it showing this error

404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:

68.72.646.65/~dev (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to 68.72.646.65's WebMaster.
Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at 68.72.646.65 Port 80

we are using :
cPanel 11.24.4-S33345 -
WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
CENTOS 5.2 i686 on standard

what changes could be resolve this issue ??

it is working now but i read that it is strongly recommended to enable this protection so i now i enabled it

however i want to disable it on specific virtual hosts something like test.com exclude to this protection

so i found test.com ticked exclude protection box then save & then restart http Apache service

then check test.com via IP based but still it is not working

can you please tell me what is the problem

Did you add the username to the IP? If the account has a dedicated IP, it should work with just the IP. If it is on the shared IP, you will need to add the username to the URL for it to work. ~test

for security we have enabled this option but my question is only particular (selected )domain has not effect this security it can be able to view via IP base even this security enabled
