Unable to connect cpanel.: Urgent

Hello,

One of our client is unable to access cpanel account of their clients from whm.
whm-> Account Information-> List Account-> domain name-> click on cp icon
and it says "Login attempt failed"

Please let us know solutions if any as soon as possible.

When logged in to WHM as root, go to Tweak Settings and check the "Disable login with root or reseller password..." setting. If this setting is checked, uncheck it.
