Unable to connect

Hi
I have just purchased a license of Cpanel from Buycpanel.com and after that i just run the following command to update the license on my server

/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

Now when i am trying to connect to my server then i am getting Unable to connect error message in browser. I tried http and https both the way. I have disabled IPTABLES also but still the problem is coming.

Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

I'm not sure a license update would cause this behavior. Are you only unable to connect to the cPanel services, or is access to your server's IP address refused for any service?
