Unable to create FTP account

Hi,

I have recently run into this error when attempting to create an ftp account on our server.

Error - (XID bdmve4) queueprod isn't running? at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/TaskQueue/Manager.pm line 150

Does anyone know what is causing this?

Hello,

Can you try restarting the queueprocd service and verify if the issue persists? EX:

/scripts/restartsrv_queueprocd
