Unable to Create Mailing List

Hello,

I got an account with c-panel and now i am trying to create a mailing list for the group.

I have given the following details,

List Name :
Password :
Password (Again) :

It showed me the below error.

"Mailing List Maintenance - Unable to create the mailing List"

Could anyone please provide me a solution for this issue?

You'll need to speak to your host that manages that server. Sounds like he's got mailman or the feature for creating Mail lists itself? disabled.

I got the log in credentials to log in to the web page for mailing list changes. How do i check my privileges?
