Hello,

We have been using Godaddy VPS and we are unable to create a new account from the WHM Panel for the past few days. Tried calling Godaddy support couple of times and they seem to have no idea about what they are talking.

This is the error I am getting "A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive" and attaching a copy of the error.

Could you let us know what's output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you attempt to create the account? Or, click on the "Show" link to see the expanded error message.

Hello,

It looks like you have updated your access level to "Reseller Owner". As a reseller, you won't be able to access the server via SSH as root to review the cPanel error log. Instead, you will need to contact your reseller hosting provider to have them investigate that error message.
