    Hi all,

I'm unable to generate random password for new FTP account, and all the fields looks like "dead".

I mean that when I enter a login, it's not report to the directory field as it should be.

The problem concern all of RVskin template (neo, 2, light, etc.) and just for new FTP account.

It works for new MySQL or new e-mail.

I've switch to paper lantern and it works good.

I've force update for RVskin and cPanel, nothing.

I've try with firefox, chrome, IE.... with my smartphone, an other pc....

The issue concern all of old and new account.

    Any idea ?

    Best regards,

    Hugo

You should contact RVskin about this.

    Hello,

It's likely an issue RVSkin will need to address. I recommend consulting with their support team and letting us know the outcome.

    Thank you.
