Unable to get emails for support tickets after Migration

After completion of my server migration, suddenly i am not getting any replies for the tickets that were getting replied by support team.
however, i am getting automated mails like rating the support, ticket id etc., but not getting the replies from support team

Automated reply with the ticket number is not being generated after the change and still not receiving even we file the ticket

Can you provide me with the ticket ID so I can investigate in our ticketing system?
