Unable to install iso with cpanel

I am trying to install CentOS 6.4 iso with cPanel downloaded from Downloads - cPanel Inc. inside an ESXI Virtual Machine.

After setting the eth0 properties (auto from dhcp) I get the following errors: What should I do ?

corrupt iso perhaps ??

try setting eth0 statically
