When using whm to install account, it stops here:

    User [user] added
    Changing password for [user]
Password for [user] has been changed
    Keeping Shell Access (y)
    Jail Shell Enabled
    Changing shell for extasis.
    Shell changed.
Copying skel files from /root/cpanel3-skel/ to /home/[user]/
    cp: missing destination file
Try `cp --help' for more information.

User account, user group and users home is created, but there are no configuration for Bind, nothing is listed when clikcking "List Accounts"

What can possibly make this stop?

What is this "missing destination file"?

I have 8 cpanel servers, and I have never been into this problem before. Ther server worked fine installing 100 accounts. Not 99 or 101 - but 100. Number 101 is impossible to install. Is there a limit in cPanel???? (cpanel 10.2.0-R82 / whm 10.1.0 on a RedHat 9 server).
