I have been trying to get a CRT installed for a customer for over a day now and am not getting any help from the issuer. I have rebooted, rekeyed several times now but keep getting the same response:

Code:
Attempting to verify your certificate..... Cerificate verification passed!
Verifcation Result [/O=secure.domain.com/OU=Domain Control Validated/CN=secure.domain.com]
The CRT for the domain secure.domain.com could not be installed. Apache produced the following errors:

Finished Install Process..
When I run /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest it tells me

NameVirtualHost XX.XX.XX.XX:80 has no VirtualHosts

So, I assumed this was the problem, but when I checked the files it appears as though the NameVirtualHost is set up properly in httpd

It's got me stumped. Is there something else I should be checking?

I think you missed the important stuff. That is the error log. Also what does it shows

-----------------------------------
Apache produced the following errors ? ? ?
----------------------------------------------
Then we might be able to help you more.

That's just it, aby. THe error_log doesn't show any errors. I've duplicated this several times and in each instance there is nothing in the error log but there are still errors from other swebsites on the server.

I can't come to a conclusion on this.

Well... can't figure out much from the information you have provided. I assume that the apache is started with SSl support. Please let have somebody lookinto it , then only one will have a good idea and can help you or have a case opened with the cpanel through your datacenter.
