unable to list ftp users in cpanel

I am not able to see the ftp users list in cpanel. Does any one have any idea??????????????

Dear mack28,

Do you have the problems often? Try to run fixupdate and fixeverything scripts under /scripts/ and check your ftp manager. I hope this might help you to solve your problem.

But i tried every scripts related ftp. but it didn't help. All main accounts are listed but no users accounts..

So i tired manually adding the accounts. And it worked...

But i am not able to list previous accounts of all users? is there any one who has faced this problem...

Are you saying, if you use:

FTP > Manage Accounts

you do not see setup FTP accounts?

I have not setup any specific FTP accounts, but do see the Usernames for Add-on Domains -- as FTP access is created on setup.
