Hello,

Im having some problems with cronjobs that used to run ok,and suddenly there seems to be an issue. It worked.

Below are the logs that goes to my mail, obviously site url is changed and IP address.

So basically, functions of my reseller stuff doesnt work as it should, and the ticketsystem of my helpdesk isnt working anymore..

cPanel Version 11.40.1 (build 11)
Operating system linux
cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1)


Can anyone tel me whats wrong?

Hello :)

Did you purchase a signed SSL certificate for the domain name? When you installed it, was the CABundle installed as well? Does the SSL certificate name match exactly to what's used in the cron job (www-prefix included)?

Hello,

Just asked the main host and he answered all the above positive...which makes it a disapointing fact.
They are contacting "cpanel" now at this moment....??

It appears that the directory containing certificates is not gone to Virtfs to mount .They have done this manually and now investigating how this could happen and what a permanent solution would be.
