Unable to locate httpd.conf sin update errors

Hello everyone,

yesterday i had performed a upgrade to the latest cpanel to find that there is numerous issues which has ruined cpanel its self.

I am running vps optimised on my vps along with about 40 sites and all of which are in need of the cpanel.

Here is the error im getting:

Unable to locate httpd.conf at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/ line 27.
Cpanel::ConfigFiles::find_httpconf() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/ line 56
Cpanel:eek:mainLookup::listsubdomains() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/ line 174
Cpanel:ubDomain::countsubdomains() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/ line 61
Cpanel:tatsBar::api2_stat('rowcounter', 'mainstats', 'infinitylang', 'true', 'display', 'emailac_counts|subdomains|parkeddomains|addondomains|ftpaccounts...') called at (eval 10) line 1

This is happening in legacy file manager and other places too.

I have been trying to find a solution which i could not so i thought it would be best to post here,

If someone could suggest me howto fix this it would be great.

Thank you.

Also i updated to vps optimised 3.
