After logging into WHM, I am immediately confronted with this error message:

[A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.]

I cannot go any further. I've tried contacting support, but cannot find my support access ID. If it makes a difference, I am on Lightsail on a CENTOS installation.

Hey there! If you can get logged into SSH can you try running this command to force a cPanel update?
