Unable to Login through Gator

    I was just given my password for the website [URL - Removed ], but when I try to login it tells me that my Username or Passoword is incorrect. I am using the uppercase and lowercase letters correctly, so I am unsure of what I should do to correct the problem.

    I thought I had the same problem. Turns out the user name is also case sensitive which is not usual practice.
    So it may not be your password you have got wrong but your username as it is case sensitive.

    Also don't mix up your billing password with your cPanel password
