Unable to login to cPanel or WHM

Hi

As soon as I login to WHM or cPanel I get an error "Your IP has changed. Please login again."

Its happening on other servers too. I have a Fixed/Static IP. I tried using different browsers and incognito mode on chrome and it still doesn't work.

Could it be the firewall router that is causing this? Has anyone faced this issue? Please help me sort this.

Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". Do you have root access to this server? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look.
