unable to login with FTP account created in cPanel

Hi there,

I have created new FTP account from my cPanel and using that FTP details I am trying to connect through filezilla but it is not being connected. If I use main account username and password, then it works but not for the ftp login which is created from cPanel. Can please anyone help me asap?

Main account login uses only the username and password. Any addon FTP account will always use [email protected] as the user name for login.

Infopro is right. Also, what message do you see in filezilla ?
